Most of the time we're not hiring against a job description; the work is being invented too fast to write one honestly. What we're looking for is simpler: people already building with agents, in the open.\n\nShow us what you've made — an agent you've shipped, a workflow you've rebuilt, a system you've designed — and what you'd build next with a small team doing the same. If the work is good, we'll find the role.\n\n-    You've shipped agents in production, not just prototypes.\n-    You think in systems, organisations, and authority — not features.\n-    You can write a paragraph that doesn't sound like a job application.\n\nYou're applying for .\n\nNo CV, no cover letter. Send your work and these three read it first — ready to see what you've actually built.\n\n## We hire for the shape of the problem, not the shape of the title.\n\n### Usually, there's no title to match.\n\nTwo roles just earned one. For everything else, the work is being invented too fast to write a description. We're not checking you against a title, we're looking at what you and your agents can actually ship.\n\n### You'd own a problem, not a slot.\n\nScope, authority, and ownership get drawn around what needs doing — and redrawn when it changes.
